At Aran Woollen Mills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your authentic Irish knitwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn, unwashed garments with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned woollens, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
